We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation number (RAN). Returns must be sent to our address at 40, 41 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5JG, United Kingdom, and must include the RAN. Please retain proof of postage.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. Under UK law, we must issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof that you have sent them back (whichever is earlier).
